The Key Components of the Many Flags concept are:

• The “Parent” institutions will maintain their program autonomy/independence (the “Many Flags”)

o       The “Parent” institutions will maintain their program autonomy/independence (the “Many Flags”)

o       but the education at the campus will be “Seamless” and transparent for the Student

o       We envision One Administrator & One Counseling System for the Higher Ed Side (the “ One School”)

o       Degrees conferred by the “parent” institution

o       This concept may generate new revenue Stream for “parent” institution

o       Many Flags will promote early College experience

o       We will strive to integrate programs through out the Campus

o       Where feasible, we will share state of the art facilities.

o       We anticipate efficiencies through shared costs

o       Many Flags will be a diverse campus – ages, backgrounds, educational goals, etc
